Hurrah! Just in time (stick tongue out!)
Okay. Hello Philippines and hello world! No, this isn't your big sister, but your resident stokwa back in black and brown! I really don't know why I wrote that. LOL
In any case, I promised you guys that I'd announce a winner by midnight of the 15th, but since I got caught up in a whole lot of things, can I please ask for an extension? puhleeeeaassse.. I have read a few of the awesome entries but have not yet found the one that glitters like gold :) Nah'men?
I'm not sure if anyone's pissed that I can't announce the winners yet, but please be assured that the prizes are right here :) I'd take a picture but my phone's charging right now (excuses, ehem!)
In any case, I thank all of you guys who participated. I'll actually be in Manila for a quick getaway on May 4-7th with some high school girls, so this is the opportunity I'd been waiting for to finally act my age. NOT!!!
Well, If you think I'm hilarious, thank you. And if you think I'm annoying, thanks again for reading through. There's actually truckloads of stuff that I should tell you guys because I've been up and about since being gone for a few months. As much as I promised myself to commit to this, some things are just.. out of our hands? And, whenever they do fall in to my hands, procrastination sets in. I think I should write a blog post about procrastination... but I'll do it once I finally overcome it. HAHAHA!
Hilarious, aren't I?
Well, since I owe you guys so much. Please allow me to make amends by posting this really awesome video.

I Have A Dream: Le Momo's Patisserie
"I don't dream at night, I dream all day; I dream for a living." Steven Spielberg
I guess for Steven Spielberg, he always knew what he wanted in life. That's not the case for me though. As a kid, I had never imagined what life would be after school. I couldn't even imagine myself in college. And to this day, I don't really know what exactly I want in my life. Though I seem to be leaning more toward becoming a whiz on computers, specifically become a programmer. It's such a far off dream that I don't know where to start. Anyway, being the procrastinate that I am, I'll worry about that another time as I'm quite preoccupied lately. LOL.
Anyway, where has summer gone? Aside from the excruciating heat that wandering juans experience every freakin' day, we've (Mariel, Kim, and I) been spending our days making candy- chocolate to be specific. We've made so much candy that we have box-fulls and no where to dispose them. So we thought of a plan. I'll explain it a little bit later, but first I should tell you about this dream to create a hole-in-the-wall place in Cebu city where people can come and enjoy cheap and affordable food- both pastries and food alike. So to embody this dream, I recently busied myself with candy making and tomorrow, a baking class. Yes, because I think if I really wanna make a livelihood out of this, I should do it the normal way and not the traditional trial and error method. LOL
Anyway, here are a few photos of our candy. Do not judge. Taken straight from the cell phone with bad lighting and all. One day, I vow to pick up that damned DSLR and take the damn photos decently.
Yes, it's all chocolates as of now as the baking starts tomorrow. I even have to, yet, get an oven. Marvin and I are arguing which one to get. Of course, he wants the more expensive one as I am more on the practical side of things only. Well, we'll see.
And here's the fun part. Because we made so many chocolates and wouldn't really get out of the house to sell them, we decided we'll try our hand in networking them as a marketing strategy. Well, lots of people expressed interest but no one shelled out that amount just yet. Right! Well, I just thought of the scheme yesterday so these things probably take time anyway.
So this ends this post really. A bold statement, more like an illusion but let's see how far I can push myself to actually materialize this :)

Puerto Princesa and Sabang, Palawan with the A team
Hurray! Another blog post. First off I would like to sincerely apologize for being MIA for the past couple of weeks. It was a series of unfortunate events. Blah blah blah, long story short: I got sick with dengue, got caught up with work, and lost that spark to blog. I know you guys get that too. But for me, I'd rather not blog than have to force myself to do it. (Yes, it's the excuse of the lazy bumsss)
